Please review the Calendar before making request to ensure your time hasn't already been reserved.

It can take up to 2 business days to confirm and post your reservation. If you are making reservation less than 48 hours prior to your scheduled time, we can not guarantee that your reservation will be approved.

Owners are responsible for bringing their own vacuum and cleaning supplies.

Residents of Cambria may reserve the clubhouse one time per month per unit.

Residents who reserve the clubhouse are expected to leave it in proper order and clean up any messes they make during their event.

Specifically:

- clean out any food they put in the fridge or freezer

- take out the trash and replace the liner if they put anything perishable in it (or it is full)

- take down any tables and/or chairs they used and put them back where they belong

- ensure that the carpet is vacuumed

- check the bathrooms for any problems or excessive messes

- notify Parker Brown of any damage caused by their party (i.e. spills on the carpet, broken items, etc.)
